damn shame they don't appear in the star wanted levels it should of been something like this:
1 star: the police come after you for a arrest with a few vehicles [without shooting]
2 stars: the police start shooting and send multiple officers after you and cars and maybe rarely even a helicopter [heli for short]
3 stars: the fib and iaa gets involved in the fight and use civilians cars as a disguise a couple of helis and roadblocks
4 stars: the swat unit appears and they have serveral snipers ready and helis with two swat members shooting at you and a few swat vehicles ready to crash into you and shoot of course
5 stars: this is the point where the military appears and you are done for i don't even need to explain what they can do the only way to get rid of them is by escaping or activate god mode or something [i don't know]
