GTA San Andreas Assets Properties: Full List & Locations
Below you find all the Assets Properties available in GTA San Andreas and in the Definitive Edition of the game, with their locations and prices.
Assets are profitable Businesses that you can obtain. After acquiring an Asset and completing its related Asset Missions, the property will generate daily income that CJ can collect by walking into the dollar pick-up icon outside of the business.
There is a total of 10 assets in GTA San Andreas, but unlike Vice City, most assets are unlocked automatically (for free) after completing certain Story Missions. Only three assets must be purchased for a price.
Also differently from GTA Vice City, acquiring assets in GTA San Andreas is not necessary for story progression (with the exception of the Verdant Meadows Airfield), but it's still required for 100% completion.

GTA San Andreas features a record total of 37 safehouses that can be acquired by CJ, including Apartments, Cabins, Beach Houses and Hotel Suites.

Not all safe houses can be purchased right away: they become available as you progress through the various areas of San Andreas by completing story missions.
The properties that you can buy are marked with a green house icon on the map (), and with a floppy disk icon () after obtaining them. Some safe houses also give you the ability to store vehicles inside garages.
How much does it cost to buy all Properties in GTA San Andreas?
To buy the 29 purchasable Safehouses in GTA San Andreas, the total cost is $879,000. This budget is required for 100% completion of the game, which will contribute to 15% of the total.
