The O'Neil Brothers are a Gang featured in Grand Theft Auto V and GTA Online.
The O'Neils are a family of inbred, hillbilly, redneck methamphetamine dealers in Grapeseed, Blaine County. They are at war with Trevor Philips Enterprises for drug trade over the area, and they ranch is destroyed by Trevor in the GTA V story.
Later on in the game, Franklin and Michael take out the rest of the brothers in the Raton canyon.
