Luis is a part-time hoodlum and full-time assistant to legendary nightclub impresario "Gay" Tony Prince - struggling with the competing loyalties of family and friends in a world where everyone has a price.

Luis is a former member of the Northwood Dominican Drug Dealers. His life takes a drastic turn when he becomes the personal bodyguard and business associate of the legendary nightclub impresario "Gay" Tony Prince. The pair become good friends and Luis helps him out of all sorts of situations he gets himself into.

Tony is a nightclub entrepreneur who is struggling to keep his businesses afloat, mostly due to money issues and drug usage in his clubs. Because of his debt, he tries multiple different ways to pay it off such as fraud and selling off diamonds.

Yusuf Amir

Voice Actor: Omid Djalili

Yusuf, hailing from the United Arab Emirates, is a billionaire property developer. Yusuf runs into some problems when he started to be extorted but an unknown faction. He works with Luis, tasking him with elaborate missions.

Mori Kibbutz

Voice Actor: Jeff Gurner

Mori is the older brother of Brucie Kibbutz, believing he is superior to him and to everyone else. He is a fitness enthusiast and a business entrepreneur. Having lent money to Gay Tony, Luis Lopez is forced to work with Mori.

Armando Torres

Voice Actor: Jaime Fernandez

Armando and his constant companion Henrique Bardas, are two of Luis' oldest friends. The trio are said to have grown up together, gone to school together, and got in a lot of trouble together. After Luis' departure, the trio became a duo, Armando filling the role of the brain.

Henrique Bardas

Voice Actor: J Salome Martinez Jr.

Henrique and his constant companion Armando Torres, are two of Luis' oldest friends. The trio are said to have grown up together, gone to school together, and got in a lot of trouble together. After Luis' departure, the trio became a duo, Henrique filling the role of the dumb muscle. Henrique's IQ is said to be 76, and is therefore considered borderline retarded. However, he is intelligent enough to know what is wrong or right and often times acts as the peacemaker when Luis and Armando argue.

Ray Bulgarin

Voice Actor: Vitali Baganov

Ray is a Russian mobster who uses Niko to smuggle people into Italy from Eastern Europe. During the events of The Ballad of Gay Tony, he befriends Luis and Tony and enters a partnership with them Luis. Ray turns against Luis when a mission including diamonds goes awry.
