GTA IV: TLaD Protagonist

The main protagonist and playable character in GTA IV: The Lost and Damned is Johnny Klebitz.

Johnny is a veteran member of The Lost biker gang, who is caught in the middle of a vicious turf war with rival gangs for control of Liberty City.

Johnny Klebitz

Voice Actor: Scott Hill

Johnny is the vice president of The Lost MC, a motorcycle club based out of Acter. He is the leader of the group while Billy Grey is incarcerated. During the events of the game, Billy is released and pushes Johnny down the pecking order in terms of group leadership. Johnny finds himself in the middle of a vicious turf war with rival gangs for control of a city torn apart by violence and corruption.

Ashley Butler

Voice Actor: Traci Godfrey

Ashley is the ex-girlfriend of Johnny Klebitz, who broke up with her because of her drug addictions and infidelity. Ashley gets into trouble several but has Johnny rescue her. Later on, she gets into a relationship with Ray Boccino, who uses her as a way of getting the Lost to do work for him.

Billy Grey

Voice Actor: Lou Sumrall

Billy is the President of The Lost Brotherhood and a close friend of Klebitz. At the beginning of the game, Billy is released from rehab and claims back his chapter presidency from Johnny. He later falls back into bad habits and ultimately betrays Johnny and Jim.

Brian Jeremy

Voice Actor: Adrian Martinez

Brian is the former Secretary of the Lost MC. Brian is extremely loyal to Billy Grey and is apparently displeased by the actions taken by Johnny Klebitz during the incarceration of Billy (such as the truce with the Angels of Death). Brian always chooses to defend Billy, even when he knows he is doing the wrong decisions. Brian seems to be an enthusiastic and loyal member of the Lost MC at first glance, but this enthusiasm is proven to only be a facade hiding his cowardice.

Clay Simons

Voice Actor: Keith Randolph Smith

Clay is the Road Captain of the Lost MC, delivering bikes to members wherever they need them. He is a good friend of Terry Thorpe's and also aids Johnny in several missions. He is one of the four surviving members of the Alderney Lost MC Chapter.

Elizabeta Torres

Voice Actor: Charlie Parker

Elizabeta is a powerful drug dealer, hailing from Bohan. She and Niko cross paths when he is sent out to protect Packie McReary. Elizabeta becomes increasingly paranoid throughout the game when the police begin to crackdown on her services.

Jim Fitzgerald

Voice Actor: Dennis Predovic (GTA IV) / Chris McKinney (TLaD)

Jim is the treasurer of The Lost Brotherhood motorcycle gang. Both him and Johnny do not like the way Billy runs the gang when he gets released from rehab. He is also one of Johnny's closest friends.

Malcolm

Voice Actor: Walter Mudu

Malc is a member of the Uptown Riders Motorcycle club, although his status in the club is unknown. He is introduced to Johnny Klebitz and Elizabeta Torres by Jim Fitzgerald and they begin working together.

Ray Boccino

Voice Actor: Joe Barbara

Ray is the capo of the Pegorino crime family and also a diamond dealer within Liberty City. Niko first meets him through the McReary family when they're hired to carry out various tasks for the Pegorino family.

Terry Thorpe

Voice Actor: Joshua Burrow

Terry is the arms dealer of the Lost MC. He is a close friend of Clay Simons and a loyal gang member. He helps out Johnny during most of the game and can also deliver weapons to Johnny on request. Additionally, Terry is one of the few members to live on to the end of the story.

Thomas Stubbs

Voice Actor: John Lantz

Stubbs is a highly-corrupt congressman, doing several illegal activities in order to further his political career. He is also a cynical man, well aware of his corruption. Towards the end of the story, Stubbs demonstrates his loyalty by informing Johnny of Billy's plans to send Johnny to prison.
