James "Jim" Fitzgerald is a Major Character and Friend in GTA IV: The Lost and Damned. He also makes a minor appearance in Grand Theft Auto IV.
Jim is the treasurer of The Lost Brotherhood motorcycle gang. Both him and Johnny do not like the way Billy runs the gang when he gets released from rehab. He is also one of Johnny's closest friends.
