The Epsilon Program is a Religious Cult featured in Grand Theft Auto V.
They are an extremist cult whose adherents are known as Epsilonists. They believe that there are several paradigms. The religion's main deity is Kifflom and the main ideals of the Epsilon Program are stated on their website.
They sport a unique shade of blue on everything they wear and drive and use "Kifflom!" as a greeting.
Michael de Santa can engage in the Epsilon Program missions by logging onto their website, completing a survey, and making a "small" donation to the cult. These are optional missions, not required for 100% completion of the game.

Michael begins his path to enlightenment.
2. Accepting the Truth
Michael continues his path to enlightenment, donating to the Epsilon Program.
3. Assuming the Truth
Michael needs to steal 5 vehicles to advance on his path to enlightenment.
4. Chasing the Truth
Michael looks for an extraterrestrial object, then donates to the Epsilon Program.
5. Bearing the Truth
Michael needs to buy and wear Epsilon Robes for 10 days.
6. Delivering the Truth
Michael delivers a blue Velum to Jimmy Boston.
7. Exercising the Truth
Michael needs to run 5 miles through the Grand Senora Desert to advance on his path to enlightenment.
8. Unknowing the Truth
Michael needs to choose between Epsilon's reward or stealing their money... or both.
