Rickie Lukens is one of the hackers available for recruitment as a Heist Crew Member in Grand Theft Auto: V and Grand Theft Auto: Online.

Rickie is a software developer looking for work and has the lowest starting stats of all the hackers in Grand Theft Auto: V, and thus, has the lowest cut, of only 4%.

He is first encountered by Michael in the Friend Request mission, where he helps him infiltrate the Lifeinvader office, mistaking Michael for tech support. Rick is subsequently fired from Lifeinvader following Jay Norris' murder, and calls Michael to offer his services as a hacker, becoming available for hire in future heists. He is depicted as childish, immature, and faux-charismatic. Despite this, after gaining experience from heists, he becomes far more competent and capable of doing his part in jobs.

Rickie Lukens is also available for hire as a hacker for the Diamond Casino Heist, but is the worst available hacker in Grand Theft Auto: Online, taking a cut of only 3%.
