The Pistol is a weapon in the Handguns class featured in Grand Theft Auto III. The design of the Pistol in GTA 3 is based on a real life Colt M1911A1.

This weapon also appears in GTA 6, Grand Theft Auto V, Grand Theft Auto IV, GTA San Andreas and GTA Vice City.

Pistol Description:

This is the simplest handgun in the game - great for shooting people, but much weaker than other firearms. Very easy to obtain by killing police officers or gang members.

How to get the Pistol in GTA III:

The Pistol in GTA 3 can be purchased from Ammu-Nation, for a price of $250.

It becomes available after completing the mission Pump-Action Pimp in Story Mode.

The Pistol also Spawns at the player's safehouse after collecting 10 Hidden Packages.

The Pistol can be found and picked up around the Liberty City map (see the spawn locations in the "Appearances" section below).
