The AK-47 is a weapon in the Assault Rifles class featured in Grand Theft Auto III. The design of the AK-47 in GTA 3 is based on a real life Adler-Jäger AP-80.
This weapon also appears in GTA 6, Grand Theft Auto V, Grand Theft Auto IV and GTA San Andreas.

How to get the AK-47 in GTA III:
The AK-47 in GTA 3 can be purchased from Ammu-Nation, for a price of $3,000.
It becomes available after completing the mission Last Requests in Story Mode.
The AK-47 also Spawns at the player's safehouse after collecting 70 Hidden Packages.
The AK-47 can be found and picked up around the Liberty City map (see the spawn locations in the "Appearances" section below).
