The Wildlife Photography Challenge is an activity present in Grand Theft Auto V, available only in the enhanced version (PS4, Xbox One, and PC) for players returning from the PS3 or Xbox 360 edition. This is an optional endeavor, not required for 100% Completion of the game

After completing the first Strangers and Freaks mission for Beverly, he will text Franklin mentioning that he's signed him up for the Wildlife Photography Challenge. The player will receive an e-mail from the LS Tourist Board with more details on the challenge.

In the challenge, the player has to photograph a list of 20 animals. All photos must be taken with Franklin's Snapmatic phone application, and are subject to the following rules:

  • The animals must be photographed alive
  • The animals must be centered in the photograph, and no obstructions should be in the photo.
  • The camera should be used without any filters or borders
  • Selfies are NOT eligible for submission

The stun gun can be used to stop animals from running, but be careful, as small animals like hens can be killed by the stun gun.
