Architect's Plans

Architect's Plans is a main story mission in Grand Theft Auto V, involving protagonist Franklin Clinton .

It's the 56° GTA V mission in chronological order, and it takes place in Los Santos.

Prepare for the Bureau Raid.

Architect's Plans - Mission Details:

Michael leaves Darnell Bros and is called by Franklin, who has tailed Chip Peterson to the Mile High Club construction site in Downtown Los Santos. Play then switches to Franklin.

Peterson starts walking through the construction site and Franklin carries on following him. A site guard shouts to Franklin, telling him he needs to wear a hardhat. Franklin puts it on, blending him in more with the workers.

Peterson takes a lift up the side of the construction. Franklin gets in the one next to him so he doesn't look too suspicious. Once on the upper level, Franklin can either kill, knock out or hold Peterson at gunpoint to obtain the briefcase with the files in it.

Once the briefcase is obtained, Franklin heads to Darnell Bros where he, Michael and Lester plan the heist. The options are either set off a fire in the building and show up as the on-call firemen or go in by air.

Covert Approach (Fire Crew)

Gunmen x2.

• Gustavo Mota (14% cut) - If chosen, he will not die while escaping the building.
• Packie McReary (12% cut) - If chosen, he will not die while escaping the building.
• Norm Richards (7% cut) - If chosen, he dies while escaping the building unless he is chosen first and accompanied by Hugh Welsh or Daryl Johns, who will die instead.
• Hugh Welsh (7% cut) - If chosen, he dies while escaping the building unless he is chosen first and accompanied by Norm Richards or Daryl Johns, who will die instead.
• Daryl Johns (6% cut) - If chosen, he dies wile escaping the building unless he is chosen first and accompanied by Hugh Welsh or Norm Richards, who will die instead.

Roof Approach

Hacker.

• Paige Harris (15% cut) - If chosen, she will know how to hack the computer and easily turn off the sprinklers.
• Christian Feltz (10% cut) - If chosen, he will have basic knowledge on hacking the computer and may not be able to deactivate the sprinklers. If he was previously chosen for The Jewel Store Job, he will know how to hack the computer and easily turn off the sprinklers.
• Rickie Lukens (4% cut) - If chosen, he won't know how to hack the computer and won't be able to deactivate the sprinklers. If he was previously chosen for The Jewel Store Job, he will have basic knowledge on hacking the computer and may not be able to deactivate the sprinklers.

Gunman.

• Gustavo Mota (14% cut) - If chosen, he will use a good weapon and assist the player well.
• Packie McReary (12% cut) - If chosen, he will use a good weapon ans assist the player well.
• Norm Richards (7% cut) - If chosen, he will use a bad weapon and even though he won't assist the player well, he doesn't die.
• Hugh Welsh (7% cut) - If chosen, he will use a bad weapon and even though he won't assist the player well, he doesn't die.
• Daryl Johns (6% cut) - If chosen, he will use a bad weapon and even though he won't assist the player well, he doesn't die.

Driver.

• Eddie Toh (14% cut) - If chosen, he will reach the building in time and will use an ambulance to disguise the crew.
• Taliana Martinez (5% cut) - If chosen, she will reach the building in time and will use an ambulance to disguise the crew.
• Karim Denz (8% cut) - If chosen, he will take some time to reach the building and use a van to escape meaning the player has to escape from the police. If he was previous chosen for The Jewel Store Job, he will reach the building in time and will use an ambulance to disguise the crew.

Best Approach & Largest Possible Take

The Roof Entry is the more profitable option. Even though you have to hire three crew members, nobody will die thus meaning no casualty costs. Use Taliana Martinez (5%) as the driver, Daryl Johns (6%) as the gunman and Rickie Lukens (4%) as the hacker.

• Park up in the parking space to avoid suspicion.
• Get out of the car.
• Tail the architect and get the plans.
• Get the architect to give up the briefcase.
• Pick up the blueprints.
• Leave the construction site.
• Go to the garment factory.
