Hugh Welsh

Hugh Welsh is one of the gunmen available for recruitment as a Heist Crew Member in Grand Theft Auto: V.

He's an experienced gunman who's losing his edge, wanting one last job before he retires. His stats are low, and therefore his cut is only 7%.

Hugh appears to be an aspiring film writer, who may have turned to crime as a result of failing his career. He is the only crew member that shows compassion to the other members and blames himself for the death of other heist members in the Bureau Raid.
