Eddie Toh is one of the getaway drivers available for recruitment as a Heist Crew Member.

Not much is revealed about Eddie during the game. He is a Chinese-American professional criminal, specializing in procuring vehicles and mapping escape routes for heists. He is an experienced getaway driver and one of Lester's go-to people for jobs that require a speedy escape. His standard fee for his services is a 14% cut of the gross take.

In Grand Theft Auto: Online, he appears briefly at the end of the Fleeca Job, waiting at Zancudo Bridge flying a Cargobob fitted with a magnet to lift the getaway vehicle to safety. He later appears as a selectable driver for the Diamond Casino Heist, being one of the more expensive crew members, taking a 9% cut.
