She is only seen during the mission in which Michael de Santa chases Kyle Chavis after he is found sleeping with Michael's wife. Chavis hides in the mansion that Madrazo bought Natalia, and Michael pulls it down in an act of revenge.
When Martin confronts Michael and Franklin after Michael destroys the mansion, Natalia spits on a fallen Michael. It is also mentioned that she would be living in a hotel until the house is fully repaired again.
