Ortega

Ortega is a major figure in the Varrios Los Aztecas gang, operating out of a trailer near the banks of the Zancudo River. He has great power in Blaine County, he and his gang having control over the drug and gun trade in the region, working alongside Trevor Philips Industries and The Lost MC until the events of Grand Theft Auto: V.

Sometime in 2013, after taking out the head of The Lost MC in Blaine County, Trevor decides to put an end to the Aztecas' control, thus putting himself and TPI at the forefront of organized criminality in the Region. He drives to Ortega's Trailer and pushes it in the river, getting the choice of killing Ortega or letting him live.
