Barry

Barry is a well-dressed, middle-aged caucasian marijuana-legalization activist who is trying to get citizens of Los Santos behind his campaign. 

He is known to grow his own weed, carrying joints with him in order to coerce listeners into smoking the drug. He is an ineffective advocate for his cause, angering Michael, Trevor, and Franklin, as well as suffering from intense hallucinations and paranoia, most likely due to his excessive drug use.
