Pavel

Pavel is a Russian sailor that works on the GTA Online protagonist's Kosatka Submarine, a sub that has been modified to allow it to be operated by a crew of one. As such, he is responsible for a variety of roles on the Kosatka, from engineering, maintenance, and weaponry, to being the ship's cook.

Before working with the Online Protagonist, Pavel was a Russian Navy sailor. After leaving the Navy, he began running jobs for the Madrazo Cartel using the Kosatka, and was about to work with the IAA.

Pavel is first met when entering the Kosatka. He will introduce the player to the Submarine's primary features, explaining the plans and preparations formulated by Miguel Madrazo. Once the player initiates the scouting phase for the Cayo Perico Heist, Pavel will also give instruction to the player via radio communications.
