Simeon Yetarian is an automotive dealer of Armenian heritage, and is the owner of Premium Deluxe Motorsport, the car dealership where Franklin and Lamar work.
He is a corrupt dealer who tricks people into buying luxury vehicles they cannot afford, then dispatches Franklin and Lamar to repossess the cars when the payments stop coming in. In the liberal atmosphere of Los Santos, he has learned to use his ethnicity to his advantage, accusing everyone that bothers him of being racist.
In Grand Theft Auto: Online, Simeon gives jobs to the Online Protagonist, such as repossession jobs or special vehicle thefts. He reappears in 2018, during the events of the After Hours update in a Business Battle, then in the Arena War update with new jobs for the player. The player can call Simeon at any time to Request a random previously completed job.
Simeon is referenced by Lamar in 2021, during the events of the Contract Update, but is quickly dismissed by Franklin, him exclaiming "Fuck Simeon!", suggesting that Franklin has come to view Simeon as a lowlife crook.
