The Cayo Perico Heist is a Heist in GTA Online, given by Miguel Madrazo and Pavel and associated to the Kosatka Submarine property.

This job has been added to the game as part of the update on December 15, 2020, and is available on PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

This is a Solo or Co-Op mode that can be played by 1 to 4 Players.

Prepare to infiltrate the remote island compound of the world’s most notorious drug dealer in Grand Theft Auto Online’s biggest, most daring, and action-packed addition yet: The Cayo Perico Heist. It’s up to you to find a way to breach Cayo Perico, one of the most secure private islands in the entire world, evade or neutralize the heavily armed security forces stationed there, and escape with valuable evidence along with as much art, gold and drug money as you can carry. Choose your tools. Choose your approach. Choose your crew – or even go it entirely alone. Just make it back to Los Santos in one piece.

Freemode Preparation Missions

After meeting Miguel Madrazo at The Music Locker, and purchasing a Kosatka submarine, the player has to Gather Intel for the heist, and has to complete a series of Freemode Preparation Missions.

The player can choose between different vehicles and weapons for the approach, based on the missions they have completed.

Preparations must be repeated every time the heist is run. Pavel explains this is because they destroy all equipment to not leave any loose ends that El Rubio can track back to them.

The Cayo Perico Heist: Targets
