How to get the P-996 LAZER in GTA 5 Story Mode:

In GTA V Story Mode, the P-996 LAZER can only be found and stolen (see the spawn locations in the "Appearances" section below). It is not available for purchase.

How to get the P-996 LAZER in GTA Online:

The P-996 LAZER can be purchased in GTA Online from Warstock Cache & Carry for a price of $6,500,000.

The P-996 LAZER is stored as a Pegasus Vehicle or in the Hangar (Personal Aircraft). It can only be resprayed and cannot be further modified.

Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the P-996 LAZER from the Pegasus Concierge, Interaction Menu - Aircraft.

NB: Previously unobtainable, the P-996 LAZER was made available for purchase in GTA Online with the Smuggler's Run Update on November 28, 2017.

Can you sell the P-996 LAZER in GTA Online?

No, you cannot sell the P-996 LAZER. Unfortunately in GTA Online it's not possible to sell Special Vehicles, Pegasus, or Facility Vehicles.
