Flight School is an Activity in GTA Online.
This job has been added to the game as part of the 1.16 SA Flight School update on August 19, 2014.
This is a Solo mode that can be played by each GTA Online player individually. It is unlocked at Rank 6.
A similar Flight School activity is also present in Grand Theft Auto V and GTA San Andreas.

Flight School: List of Lessons
There are 10 lessons to pass in the GTA Online Flight School:
Outside Loop
Perform an outside loop.
Engine Failure
Land the Miljet with an engine failure.
Chase Parachute
Catch a parachute in midair and land safely.
City Landing
Land a plane in bad weather conditions.
Moving Landing
Land a Swift on a flatbed trailer before it drives into the tunnel.
Formation Flight
Fly in formation.
Shooting Range
Destroy targets using a Buzzard.
Ground Level
Fly through checkpoints, keeping as close to the ground as possible.
Collect Flags
Fly through 30 checkpoints in any order.
Follow Leader
Follow your instructor.
Flight School: Rewards
After completing all the lessons in GTA Online with at least a bronze medal, the player will unlock the Elitas T-shirt, and an additional $18,600 if all the lessons are completed with gold medals.
Every lesson awards the player with an amount of money and RP, a cumulative $232,500 and 13,950 RP for acquiring gold on the first completion of every mission.
