The Prison Break is a Heist in GTA Online, given by Agent 14 and Lester Crest and associated to the Apartments property.
This job has been added to the game as part of the 1.21 Heists DLC update on March 10, 2015.
This is a Co-Op mode that can be played by 4 players. It is unlocked at Rank 12.
Break a high value inmate out of Bolingbroke Penitentiary. To get him out, you'll need an inmate transport bus and a smugglers' plane. To keep him happy, you'll need to settle some debts and get him his car.

Prison Break: Plane
Steal an aircraft from the Vagos contraband smugglers at McKenzie Airfield. To be used to get Rashkovsky out of the country after the prison break.

- Agent 14's team at LSIA is killed.
Prison Break: Bus
Hijack a prison transport bus in a high security convoy for use in the break out. When clear of the authorities, store it near Sandy Shores.

Objectives:
- Steal the prison bus.
- Lose the Cops.
- Wait for your team to lose the Cops.
- Deliver the prison bus to the drop off.

Prison Break: Station
Half of the team has to get a police cruiser, pose as cops, and go into a police station to get the prison transport schedule. The other half has to retrieve Rashkovsky's stolen car from a cargo ship at the port of LS.

Cargo Ship
- Go to the cargo ship.
- Go to the container.
- Shoot the lock off the container.
- Take the Casco to the drop off.
- (if the Cop Station Team is not ready) Help deliver the schedule to the planning room.
- Steal a Police Cruiser
- Lose the Cops.
- Go to the police station.
- Steal the prison bus schedule.
- Get in the Police Cruiser
- Take the Police Cruiser to the underpass.
- Destroy the Police Cruiser
- Take the schedule to the planning room.
- (if the Cargo Ship team is not ready) Help deliver the Casco to the drop off.
Failure:
- Out of lives.
- Player leaves.
- Casco is destroyed.
Prison Break: Wet Work
Half of the team has to take out some lawyers outside City Hall, and bring back their deposition. The other half has to silently dispatch Rashkovsky's business partner and his guards.

Objectives:
City Hall Team
- Go to the ladder at the vantage point.
- Go to the vantage point.
- Wait for the prosecutors to arrive in City Hall.
- Collect the deposition.
- Lose the Cops.
- Deliver the deposition to the planning room.
- Go to the outlook near the mansion.
- Take out Popov and his guards.
- Leave the area.
- Help the deposition to the planning room.
Failure:
- Out of lives.
- Player leaves.
- Targets escape.
The Prison Break: Heist Finale
Break Rashkovsky out of Bolingbroke. The ground team takes the transport bus, poses as guard and inmate, and goes into the prison to get him out. Demolitions take care of the inbound transport bus. Pilot collects them in the plane.

- Escort Rashkovsky to the Velum
- Lose the Cops.
- Fly Rashkovsky to the drop zone.
- Intercept the scheduled prison bus.
- Take out the corrections officer.
- Steal the prison bus.
- Take the prison bus to Sandy Shores Airfield.
- Destroy the prison bus.
- Steal the Buzzard
- Protect the Velum
- Lose the Cops.
- Get in the Velum
- Take the Velum to Sandy Shores Airfield.
- Evade the pursuing jets.
- Collect Rashkovsky.

- Fly Rashkovsky to the drop zone.
- Regroup on the beach.

- Failure to acquire the Velum 5-Seater and arrive at Sandy Shores Airfield in time.
- Flying too far from Los Santos while a Wanted Level is in place.
