The Dinghy (4-seater) can be purchased in GTA Online from DockTease for a price of $166,250.

The Dinghy (4-seater) is stored as a Pegasus Vehicle or in the Galaxy Super Yacht. It cannot be customized.

Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Dinghy (4-seater) from the Pegasus Concierge, Interaction Menu - CEO/VIP, Interaction Menu - Services, Merryweather, Phone - Yacht Captain.

How to unlock the Dinghy (4-seater) Trade Price?

A trade price of $125,000 (Discounted)* can be unlocked for the Dinghy (4-seater). 

*The discounted Price becomes available after the player has completed the related Heist Mission. This vehicle automatically provides you with Scuba Gear upon exiting it.
