How to get the Avisa in GTA Online:

The Avisa can be purchased in GTA Online from Warstock Cache & Carry for a price of $1,545,000.

The Avisa can be stored in the Kosatka Moon Pool. It cannot be customized.

Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Avisa from the Interaction Menu - Services. However, the Avisa cannot be used in standard races.

It is available as upgrade for the Kosatka Submarine HQ.

I bought this because I thought it would be useful in the Cayo Perico heist prep mission, where you need to steal the sonar deflector, but actually it didn't help in the mission and it's overall very useless, half because it floats to the surface when you leave it and half because it's extremely slow, much slower than Kosakta, also it's expensive and can't be equipped with any weapons or customizations.

For underwater explorations I found scuba gear much more useful as you can save it as an outfit and equip it any time, (though not while in water).

Main benefits of this submersible is that it looks cool. And if you are in water you can easily spawn it right in front of you, which can be useful when you quickly need to visit undersea without ability to equip the scuba gear, but otherwise the scuba gear is far more useful and also much cheaper.

I have the avisa and the sparrow in my kosatka. I want to put my toreador in there instead of the avisa. Is it still posible to change this?

  @Robin van Der Horst You can park both Avisa and Toreador in Kosakta same time. Just dive under the Kosakta with Toreador and press E.

  @Julia Mattioni It's very weird Rockstar released screenshots of the Avisa in different colors but there doesn't seem to be a way to actually change the color in-game...
