Franklin agrees to try out Barry's marijuana but is not impressed by its effects.
Franklin meets Barry, an advocate for the legalisation of marijuana, outside a store on Sinner Street. Barry tells Franklin about a smoke in and offers Franklin a drag of his joint. Due to Franklin being a regular smoker, Barry's marijuana doesn't hit him as it did to Michael and Trevor.
Barry asks if he can see the aliens but Franklin just complains that it's dry. Barry tasks Franklin with helping him to get the supplies needed for the smoke in. Franklin just calls Barry crazy and walks away.
