Mimes are soapboxers in Grand Theft Auto: V, depicted as African-American people that do not speak to the player. One can be found on Prosperity Street Promenade in Del Perro.

Pedestrians usually ignore the mimes but may sometimes be seen taking pictures of them. Although they do not usually speak, angering the mime may cause them to shout insults at the player.
