Graham, who is cosplaying the Vinewood Zombie, a character from a movie of the same name, is a soapboxer who can be found at the corner of Vinewood Boulevard and Alta Street.

He is a young white male who wears zombie make-up and tattered clothes, cosplaying to earn money for a living. He will speak to the player if addressed, and his dialogue reveals a great deal of self-hatred and loathing. He has attended college and majored in philosophy, but that is a decision he regrets.
