Vincent Effenburger is a character that appears in GTA Online, introduced on July 23, 2019 as part of the 1.48 Diamond Casino & Resort update.
Vincent is the former Head of Security at the Diamond Casino & Resort. He helps defend the casino when the Duggan Family attacks it, and is later dismissed by the new owner of the casino, Thornton Duggan.
A few months later, he finds a job as a security guard at Rockford Plaza, and helps the protagonist get revenge on the Duggan Family.
With The Chop Shop Update in December 2023, he joins the LSPD, and in early 2024 he discovers a new cartel that is using the Cluckin' Bell Farms to produce and distribute cocaine. Because his colleagues from the LSPD are enabling the operation, he asks the protagonist for help.
Later in Summer 2024, the Bottom Dollar Bounties Update sees VIncent assign to the GTA Online Player various off-the-books Dispatch Work missions.
