Tao Cheng's translator is the English-speaking liaison between Tao and whomever the Cheng Triads are dealing with.
He is a member of the Los Santos Triads, and works as a translator for Wei Cheng's son, Tao Cheng, who is unable to speak English. However, because of Tao's drug addiction, the translator seems to primarily handle the tasks Wei gives to Tao. He is first seen discussing a potential partnership with Trevor Philips, but the Chengs decide against the partnership with TPI in favor of the O'Neil brothers.
By 2019, during the events of Grand Theft Auto: Online, the translator still works for the Cheng Family and can be seen at the Diamond Casino & Resort.
