Manuel

Manuel is a man of Mexican descent, his family having lived in the United States for over 200 years. He is wrongly accused by Joe and Josef, the Minute Men, of being an illegal immigrant, the two going as far as throwing his legal citizenship papers away for no apparent reason.

The man, angered at being wrongly arrested, recognizes Trevor Philips in Paleto Bay and orders him to kill the Minute Men, which Trevor reluctantly does, even without receiving payment. He is a proud man who doesn't drop his serious attitude even when in critical situations, like being held at gunpoint by Trevor, even scolding him for his actions.
