Benny is a character that appears in GTA Online, introduced on October 20, 2015 as part of the 1.30 Lowriders update.
Benny is the owner and operator of Benny's Original Motor Works in GTA Online.
Benny used to only work on lowriders, fitting, upgrading, and respraying the cars, but since the Lowriders update, he has evolved his stock and expertise, working on High-end Supercars, Motorcycles, Retro Vehicles, and 4x4's.
He is also a member of the LS Car Meet, being seen at several car meets and in the introductory cutscene.
