Bogdan (Богдан) is a Russian IAA agitator, hitman, and warmonger. He, alongside his crew, traveled to San Andreas in 2017 aboard a Russian Submarine called the Ramius after his scientists discover the threat posed by Avon Hertz and his AI Clifford.
He appears in the Doomsday heist, initially as an antagonist, until it is revealed that Hertz is the actual troublemaker and that Bogdan is "one of the good guys".
