Beverly Felton is a narcissistic paparazzo photographer obsessed with celebrities, believing that everyone should have the right to know everything about every celebrities' life. He employs Franklin to help in gathering footage that he can sell, after mistaking him for rapper Clay Jackson.
The last time Franklin meets Beverly, he is filming his reality show and refuses to pay the promised money for Franklin's help. Franklin can choose to walk away or take the money by force, but canonically, Beverly and his crew are killed.
In the Next-Gen versions of the game, Beverly signs Franklin up for the Los Santos Tourism Board's Wildlife Photography Challenge after they first meet.
