The Weeny Issi is a convertible Compacts Car featured in Grand Theft Auto V and GTA Online.

How to get the Issi in GTA 5 Story Mode:

In GTA V Story Mode, the Issi can be found and stolen (see the spawn locations in the "Appearances" section below), or it can be purchased for a price of $18,000.

A yellow Issi is the personal vehicle for Tracey De Santa in GTA V.

How to get the Issi in GTA Online:

The Issi can be simply found and stolen on the street (see the spawn locations in the "Appearances" section below), or it can be purchased for a price of $18,000.

The Issi can be stored in any of your Properties/Garages as a Personal Vehicle. It can be customized at Los Santos Customs. You can also modify it in a Vehicle Workshop inside one of your owned properties.

Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Issi from the Mechanic.

The design of the Weeny Issi is based on a real life 2001-2007 Mini Hatch / Mini Cooper.

Can you sell the Issi in GTA Online?

Yes, it's possible to sell the Issi. If you purchased the vehicle, you can sell it for a resale price of $10,800 (60% of the original purchase), plus 10% of the value of your upgrades. Otherwise, if you stole the Issi from the street, you can sell it for $1,800.
