The Issi (Arena) is a variant of the standard Issi base model.
It's equipped with a Rocket Boost, that can be used for very quick acceleration and as a rechargeable speed boost.

The Issi (Arena) is a Custom Vehicle, which can be obtained by first buying the standard Weeny Issi for $18,000, and then converting it to this custom variant in the Arena Workshop for an extra cost of $1,089,000.
The Issi (Arena) can be stored in any of your Properties/Garages as a Personal Vehicle. It can be customized at Arena Workshop.
Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Issi (Arena) from the Mechanic. However, the Issi (Arena) cannot be used in standard races.
The Issi (Arena) comes in three different custom variants: Apocalypse, Future Shock, or Nightmare.
