How to get the Cargobob in GTA 5 Story Mode:

In GTA V Story Mode, the Cargobob can be found and stolen (see the spawn locations in the "Appearances" section below), or it can be purchased for a price of $2,200,000.

How to get the Cargobob in GTA Online:

The Cargobob can be purchased in GTA Online from Warstock Cache & Carry for a price of $1,790,000.

The Cargobob is stored as a Pegasus Vehicle or in the Hangar (Personal Aircraft). It can only be resprayed and cannot be further modified.

Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Cargobob from the Pegasus Concierge, Interaction Menu - Aircraft.

Made available for purchase in GTA Online with the Further Adventures in Finance and Felony Update on June 7, 2016.

The Cargobob is a twin-engine, tandem-rotor tactical transport helicopter that you'll recognize from the melodramatic airlift scene of every war film ever made.
