Hao Street Races

Street Races are a series of point-to-point races through Los Santos in Grand Theft Auto V presented to Franklin Clinton by Hao during the mission Shift Work.

Hao texts Franklin about the location of new races. Races are only available between 20:00 and 05:00 every day, and winning a race unlocks the next one.

There are a total of 5 street races to complete, that earn the player money for victories. Earning a medal in each of the Hao Street Races is required for 100% Completion of the game.

This side activity is also present in GTA Online Jobs & Missions Database, Grand Theft Auto IV, GTA San Andreas, GTA Vice City, Grand Theft Auto III, GTA Vice City Stories and GTA Liberty City Stories.

Shift Work

• First Place Reward: $200 ($450 for replay)

Race Hao through Davis in his Strangers & Freaks mission.

City Circuit

• Location: Clinton Avenue, Downtown Vinewood

Race through the northern and western parts of Los Santos in a 1-lap city race.

Airport

• Location: Los Santos International Airport Terminal
• Entry Fee: $1000
• First Place Reward: $4500
• 2 Laps

Race through southern Los Santos, near the LSIA and through Grove Street.

Freeway

• Location: Olympic Freeway
• Entry Fee: $1250
• First Place Reward: $5625
• 2 Laps

Race on the Olympic Freeway and the Del Perro Freeway, going on and off the entrance and exit ramps of the highways.

Vespucci Canals

• Location: Invention Court, Vespucci Canals
• Entry Fee: $1500
• First Place Reward: $6750
• 2 Laps

Race through the Vespucci Canals in a 2-lap race. Only motorcycles are allowed here!
