Hao

Hao is a friend of Franklin's who works at the Los Santos Customs near the airport. He is familiar with Lamar Davis and seems to be associated with The Families.

In Grand Theft Auto: V, Hao introduces Franklin to Illegal Street Racing, inviting him to several night races, between 20:00 and 5:00.

Hao is also featured in GTA Online as part of the Los Santos Tuners Update, where he introduces the player to the Los Santos Car Meet. He, along with his orange Penumbra, can be seen attending the car meets.

As part of the PS5 & Xbox Series X|S versions of GTA Online, he runs Hao's Special Works, an Auto Shop that offers exclusive speed improvements to select vehicles on the new generation of consoles.
