The International Affairs Agency (IAA) is a highly corrupt intelligence agency in the universe of Grand Theft Auto.
The IAA, having the United Liberty Paper as a front, blackmailed Niko Bellic into doing so-called "country-protecting" work. As a reward, they smuggle Darko Brevic, who Niko has been looking for, into America.
This Law Enforcement Agency also appears in Grand Theft Auto V, GTA San Andreas and Grand Theft Auto III.
