Toni Cipriani

Toni Cipriani is the protagonist of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. He returns to Liberty City in 1998, after four years of living abroad following a murder he commited.

Upon his return, he resumes work for the Leone Family, and, as a result of his help, the Leone Family becomes the dominant Mafia in Liberty City, Toni becoming a Capo in the family.
