Vincenzo "Lucky" Cilli is a member of the Leone Family, and Salvatore Leone's capo at the beginning of Liberty City Stories.

Toni and Vincenzo share a mutual dislike for each other, and show no respect toward the other.

Vincenzo attempts an ambush on Toni to stop him from climbing the ranks of the family, and later attempts to ambush Toni once more, but he kills the attackers and takes out Vincenzo in revenge for his betrayal.
