Kazuki Kasen appears as a Minor Character in GTA Liberty City Stories.

Kazuki is the husband of Toshiko Kasen, whom he married only to become the leader of the Yakuza.

He meets his end in a sword fight with Toni Cipriani who, on orders of Toshiko, attacks the Yakuza's casino in Torrington in order to destabilize the gang.
