Swinger's Club is an Activity that players can perform in GTA Vice City Stories. It becomes available after completing From Zero to Hero.
This is an optional endeavor, but it is required for 100% completion of the game. It's not time-sensitive, meaning it can be played at any point, even after the main storyline is completed.
This side activity is also present in GTA Online, Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto IV.

Golf, under the name of the "Swinger's Club", is an activity available in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, allowing the player to complete golf challenges for cash rewards.
To win the challenge, the player must score at least 500 points within 5 shots. One point is awarded for every meter that the ball is launched, and an extra 50 points are awarded if the ball strikes a buoy.

Completing the challenge awards the player $1000 and progress towards 100% game completion.
