Eye in the Sky - Mission Details:

This mission can be started with either Trevor or Franklin.

If it starts with Trevor, he enters the Mission Row Police Station and says Devin sent him. One of the officers tells Trevor the helipad is on the roof. Trevor makes his way up and gets into the helicopter on the roof. He flys to Murrieta Oil Field where Franklin is waiting for him. If the mission starts with Franklin, he goes to the oil field as Trevor is floating above him in the helicopter.

The helicopter is equipped with new technology, a camera that has the ability to read the chips in San Andreas driving licences. They're going to use this technology to find Chad Mulligan and steal his Z-Type. Trevor stays in the air while Franklin follows in a car.

The helicopter floats over Hawick Avenue, scanning for Chad. The camera scans four targets but none of them is Chad. Trevor tells Franklin, to which he mentions Chad might be a couple of blocks to the east.

Trevor then scopes out six additional targets, with one of them being Chad this time. Trevor carries on tracking Chad, in hopes he leads them to his lockup where the car is. Chad access his garage. As he does this, Franklin corners him but Chad gets into his Z-Type and escapes. Franklin now pursues Chad by car. Trevor stays on him in the helicopter to update Franklin on where Chad is.

To get away, Chad hides in a parking garage. The helicopter circles the garage and uses thermal vision to spot him. Trevor points out Chad and Franklin approaches him on foot. Franklin is now given the choice of whether to kill Chad or spare him. If he's spared, Franklin will gain heat for stealing the car but if he's killed, or knocked out, police aren't notified of the stolen car.

Franklin calls Molly to say he has the Z-Type. Molly tells him to drive it to Devin's personal hanger at Los Santos International Airport. Once there, Franklin asks for his payment again but Devin tells him not to worry and that it will come. He also warns Franklin of Michael and Trevor, telling him to start thinking about his future.

Franklin leaves the airport, completing the mission.
