Patricia Madrazo is the elderly wife of the Mexican gangster Martin Madrazo. However, their marriage appears to be unhappy as Madrazo mistreats her, verbally abuses her, and cheats on her with a Russian woman named Natalia Zverovna.

Patricia was born in Mexico in 1956 and later moved to the United States. In 1983, she married Martin Madrazo, with whom she had a son named Miguel.

In 2013, Trevor and Michael meet Patricia Madrazo while at Martin Madrazo's mansion for a job. Trevor Philips later kidnaps Patricia after seeing how poorly she is treated by her husband, taking her to his trailer in Sandy Shores. During this time, Trevor develops feelings for her, admitting that she loves her. Patricia never tries to escape while being held by Trevor, spending her time cleaning Trevor's trailer and working on his garden. Despite this, Trevor is forced to drive Patricia back home, much to his disappointment. Patricia and Trevor still call and e-mail later on in the story, hinting that their relationship was genuine.

Patricia reappears in Grand Theft Auto: Online as part of The Cayo Perico Heist. She can be seen drunk in the VIP area with her friend Jackie and her daughter, Kaylee.
