Rocco reappears in Grand Theft Auto: V, where he is shown to be in Los Santos after he escaped from Liberty City. After coming to the city, Rocco began developing a Nightclub in East Los Santos and also became a corrupt talent agent, all while keeping his ties to the Liberty City mob.
He was hired by the movie producer Solomon Richards for his final movie, "Meltdown".
