Gianni is an Italian-American thug who is the personal bodyguard and right-hand man of Rocco Pelosi. The duo attempts to scam Solomon Richards when he is in the process of producing the movie Meltdown, stealing away his actor and director. Unwilling to pay off Rocco, Solomon sends Michael de Santa to take on the two.

Rocco and Gianni are killed during The Ballad of Rocco, after they attack Solomon Richards as revenge.
