Javier Madrazo appears as a Minor Character in Grand Theft Auto V.
Javier Madrazo is one of Martin Madrazo's cousins, a main enforcer in the Madrazo Cartel.
He first appears while escorting Martin to Michael's mansion, and is the one holding the bat that Martin uses to hit Michael. Later on in the story, Javier betrays his cousin and agrees to provide the FIB with information on Martin's illegal activities, but is shot down while flying towards Liberty City by Michael and Trevor Philips and then killed by the latter.
