In GTA V Story Mode, the Fugitive can be found and stolen (see the spawn locations in the "Appearances" section below), or it can be purchased for a price of $24,000.

The Fugitive can be simply found and stolen on the street (see the spawn locations in the "Appearances" section below), or it can be purchased for a price of $24,000.

The Fugitive can be stored in any of your Properties/Garages as a Personal Vehicle. It can be customized at Los Santos Customs. You can also modify it in a Vehicle Workshop inside one of your owned properties.

Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Fugitive from the Mechanic, Phone - Agatha Baker.

NB: The Fugitive has been removed from the purchasable list of vehicles on June 13, 2023 - but it can still be stolen off the street.

The design of the Cheval Fugitive is based on a real life Holden Caprice (Chevrolet Caprice), Holden Commodore.

Can you sell the Fugitive in GTA Online?

Yes, it's possible to sell the Fugitive. If you purchased the vehicle, you can sell it for a resale price of $14,400 (60% of the original purchase), plus 50% of the value of your upgrades. Otherwise, if you stole the Fugitive from the street, you can sell it for $2,400.
